Culinary Arts

If you enjoy planning parties for special occasions and are interested in working with the public, this two-year program may be for you. In Chef Preparation and Hospitality Management, students will learn how to prepare and serve food to the public.  In order to learn about hands-on food service operations, they help staff a school-based restaurant which is open to the public.  Students will have an opportunity to earn college credit while in high school.
