Job Training - Wadsworth High School
Job Training FIRST - Norton High School
The Job Training and FIRST Programs allow students with special needs to learn and practice valuable work skills that will transfer to any work setting. Job Training students attend various worksites within their communities, while FIRST Program students explore positions in a hospital, restaurant, and hotel setting. Students will work with instructors, job coaches, and school aides in both programs to perform work tasks as independently as possible. Students are selected through teacher or counselor recommendations and previous work evaluations/observations (if applicable).
