The Compact’s Career-Based Instruction Program is perfect for students who want to work and get paid while still in high school. The curriculum contains a lot of helpful information about navigating and finding success in the world of work, as well as about personal finance and managing the hard-earned money students earn. Our teachers serve as job coaches, helping students find employment at local businesses and then helping and advising them as they gain workplace experience. Important topics like resume building, interviewing, interpersonal skills, and working towards goals are covered with the goal of students feeling confident about taking their next steps after graduation.
