What you'll do in Carpentry:

 

*Build barns (storage sheds) in the junior year and learn the basics.

 

*Work with a carpenter to estimate materials.

This two-year program teaches the fundamentals of rough and finishcarpentry. The Junior program teaches the basics of carpentry and studentsapply that knowledge to build barns and other structures. The students’senior-level project is the construction of a house. Seniors may be eligible forearly job placement during the last grading period of the senior year.
